Not Good Upkeep The property is not maintained well at all, always trash in walkways and stairs - the valet trash company leave scraps of trash throughout the breezeways and seems there is no grounds person that comes through to pickup property. which is disappointing that we have to pay for a trash service that leaves our living quarters in poor condition -trash and spilled liquid that trails through the walkways and down the stairs and the property has yet to pressure wash the grounds to at least help the situation. Don’t move here! Community is going downhill fast. Trashy with broken down cars in the lots, trash throughout the stairwells, ridiculous trash fees when the trash is constantly overflowing and left outside apartment doors, incredibly noisy, disrespectful tenants. Management not truthful. Much nicer communities in the area to move to.

It is a... (Verified Renter) It is a lot of money for apartments this old. The windows, walls, and plumbing is old and you can see it and hear it.
Gate broke, not secure, 30% rent increase! Where do I start: Guest gate broke for six months. 30% rent increase. Police presence. Cockroaches in and around units. Uncaring staff. Glad to have moved! Honest opinion- beware!

I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend it because the apartments are pretty and the balconies are lovely. Also, the office personnel are professional and friendly. I would not recommend it because reasons stated above (dog waste and high rent).
There are better places in Suwanee to rent I rented from The Residences for 2 years. It was great in the beginning. I enjoyed living there and had good neighbors. All of that changed in late 2019. New people moved in and things got less peaceful from there on out. Two key events worth highlighting. One is that there was a murder of an 18 yr old boy just a few doors down from my unit. I would recommend... (Verified Renter) I would recommend this apartment community; however, I was suggest that my friends/family be cautious of who they live around. Our neighbors above us continue to stomp & run extremely late at night. Even after addressing the situation politely, the noise level from our neighbors hasn't changed. Additionally, I smell marijuana near other buildings & in our bathroom almost every night.

Schools are good , Terese is so kind, fair and SMART !!!! i love Taylor as she really does get it right if you need help or such ... every one love Taylor...
