What a team! From beginning to end, Jay and his team made us feel like we were their most important client. Everyone was professional, responsive, and on their game! I cannot say enough good things about my family’s recent experience in listing our mother’s home with Jay Robinson. Jay and his team (including Tricia Adams, among others) were responsive 100 percent of the time, and helped my siblings and me with every decision along the way. I have known Jay Robinson for quite a while both professionally and as a friend. He and his team are always supportive and upfront. Always willing to listen and, if it is a good idea, take suggestions. There is always a feeling of team work. A special shout out to Ali, Tricia and Melissa who were always there for me no matter how often I called! The sale of my home on Lookout Mountain, TN, was complicated in regard to the uniqueness of the property and it was handled masterfully by Jay Robinson and his team.

Ali was personable and professional. Her facilitation of our house hunt and purchase are sincerely appreciated. We had a delay in closing (due to my job) and she helped us obtain rental prior to closing. Everything worked out well. We would recommend her to anyone.

With all the competition in the Chattanooga area, we were “sold” (pardon the pun) by Jay’s marketing plan. Our home had been on the market through other means and just simply did not get the exposure it needed. Jay and his team were all hands on deck and we were under contract quickly and all aspects were handled above our expectations.
