Very attentive and friendly! Jay and Ali answered all of our questions and really went above and beyond to get things done quickly! They were patient and very honest throughout our process. They were by our side every step of the way and helped guide us throughout our search and during our lender and title process. I would highly recommend their team and would work with them again in the future - extremely pleased overall.

This has been my second experience with Jay and Ali (they helped us buy and sell a home). I could not have asked for a better experience. My wife and I were new to the process and they explained everything to us very clearly and were always available to answer our questions. Their knowledge of the local market as well as their understanding of our needs led us to the perfect house. I hope to move back to the area one day and when I do Jay will be the first person I call.

Jay has an unbelievable understanding of the Chattanooga Real Estate Market. He showed us homes that we weren't aware of and his team was simply amazing. Mike Lane and the members of The Robinson Team where exceptional! I was a first home buyer and very unaware of the steps and best practices. Very easy to communicate and work with. Realtors definitely know the local area and make the process easy to understand. My husband and I were buying our first home and we knew nothing of the process. Ali walked us through everything and helped us understand what we were signing.
