We moved from anther state and did not know a soul in TN. Ali worked tirelessly to find us the perfect home. After viewing just a couple of homes, Ali had my style down pat. As I would walk through a home and have questions, she would pull out her iPad and start researching the answer. Ali was always available, regardless of the time of day or night. She put us in contact with local businesses, introduced us to area entertainment and treated us like friends. I highly recommend her services.

Ali Robinson is a great Realtor. She got me the house I wanted. We looked at several and once making a decision, negotiated the best price for me. The closing was in Atlanta, and Ali took me there. She spent 3 hours at the closing, with me. The first mortgage company I used, was incompetent and we had to change companies in the middle of trying to close. Ali was there for me through all the many issues that arose. I would recommend Ali Robinson to anyone. She is a GREAT person and Realtor. Gail Forbes

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Ali and the Robinson team. Ali did a great job with staying in touch with us almost daily throughout the home purchasing process. She did a fantastic job finding us the right home for our needs as well as negotiating a deal on our contract. I felt confident in her abilities as a realtor. She worked hard on our behalf and was professional, patient, and trustworthy. I am grateful to her for securing the deal on our current home. We are extremely happy with our home and all of Ali's hard work that got us here.

Pure and simple, Jay Robinson is THE MAN in Chattanooga. He has the most local knowledge, his prognostication of how things might unfold were spot on, both in selling our home and buying our new one, and he returns calls quickly. He understands the angles and knows how to get deals done. His negotiation skills, to my knowledge, are unmatched because of all the reasons mentioned above.

Treasure listed our old house and sold our new house to us. Through every step of the process, she was responsive, knowledgable and helpful. We had a few tough timing decisions to make and Treasure helped us weigh our options carefully before making decisions. Treasure was also INCREDIBLY patient with us as we asked her to show us house after house and go back for multiple looks at some.

- When my husband and I married we didn't want to live in his house or my house. We wanted "our" house. The problem was we didn't really know what neighborhood we wanted to be in so it took us several months to find "the one." The house we bought already had a contingency contract on it but Jay and his team did an outstanding job navigating us through all the negotiations and helping us buy a great home. Since then The Robinson Team has helped several family members both buy and sell homes. I highly recommend this group for all your real estate needs.
