Professional, caring, and communicative!
We live out of town and I never met Jay personally, but he was very professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. I had it listed with a another realtor before and felt she was not very proactive in promoting our property so I made a change. Jay always returned my calls, kept me up to date on the activity and was able to sell our house in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend him to others and use him again if the need ever arises.

Jay understands the value of a team. As a seller, we got one-on-one attention and response from Jay, but we also benefitted from the efforts of all parts of his team with regards to photography, marketing, and feedback from viewings.
