Because Jay Robinson is so plugged in to the Chattanooga market, he has access to properties other Realtors do not. Jay was able to find the house and land of our dreams that never went on the market. He was also able to help us navigate a tricky and sometimes difficult land transfer. My wife and I are very grateful to know Jay Robinson and his team.

Mike Lane is a real pro! We purchased the home after a three day tour of properties with Mike when he did a wonderful job helping us make the decision to move from Sacramento to Chattanooga. The entire transacation from offer to closing was completed remotely from Sacramento. Jay and his team made selling my dad's house from 1000 miles a way a breeze. His staff and connections to local contractors and law firms made this as easy as it could possibly get. Knowing the market as well as he does we got what the house was worth. I highly recommend him and his team.
