We worked with Preston Putnam who was probably the most patient person I've ever met. My husband and I were looking for the perfect home and we wanted it quickly as we had relocated out of state and were in a tiny apartment. Preston took us to every house we asked to see and never once did I see him show any signs of frustration with us. He was very responsive, always smiling and willing to take us to yet another house. Very professional and polite, I would highly recommend working with him.

Jay, Ali, Tricia and the rest of The Robinson Team are consummate professionals. We sold two homes and bought one in the span of a single month with their guidance and help. They were responsive to questions and requests, kept everything on track logistically for all three deals and communicated exceptionally well throughout. I highly recommend The Robinson Team whether you are selling, buying or both.

If you live in Chattanooga or its environs, we aren’t sure why you would use a different realtor than Jay Robinson. Jay is that person whose combination of expertise, problem solving, and real estate skills will either find you the perfect home, or connect you with the perfect buyer. Our realtor, Ali Robinson, was excellent every step of the way through finding and purchasing our new home. She answered every question we had, answered text messages promptly, and guided us with a positive & helpful attitude.
