I purchased my loft condo thru Jay Robinson in 2005 and when it came time to sell I made one phone call to Jay 12 years later (while I was living out of state) and Jay had my loft sold in under a month. On the day of my closing my German Shepherd passed away and i was a wreck throughout the closing and Jay took the time to ask me all about my dog instead of just trying to get the meeting over with. I could not have been more impressed with Jay and his entire staff during the process of selling my property and acquiring a new home. Being a first time home buyer, I did not know what to expect or how the process worked. Luckily, Sarah was with me every step of the way in buying my first house. Mike Lane was our real estate agent for our first home ever! He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and very responsive (even with our millions of questions). He was able to work closely with our mortgage company, seller and home inspector to find the answers to all of our questions. He searched the entire city to find our perfect first house. He was very patient with all of our decisions and even continued to help us with new home buyer questions after the closing. Highly recommended!

Words truly can't describe our experience with Sarah! We had heard all of the horror stories about buying a home...and first time home-buying at that. My husband is an Army Officer, we were relocating back to our hometown of Chattanooga, and we were fortunate enough to be using the VA Loan.
