Great place to live Honestly, The Shores has everything that I need! I love the location, sometimes traffic gets a little spicy because of Paycom but it's manageable and really doesn't bother me. The office staff has been really friendly and generous with their time. Helping me relocate to OKC with the best recommendations has been above what I expect an apartment community staff to offer. Love it Here!! I’ve had an amazing experience living in The Shores! The management team is always friendly and responsive, promptly addressing any concerns or maintenance requests. The grounds are well-maintained, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The amenities are fantastic! The location is also a huge plus! The Shores are a great place to live. We’ve been here about 6 months and are really enjoying our new home. The apartment is roomy and love the outdoor environment. The pond is great for walking around and we see people catching fish all the time from catch and release pond. People that live here are friendly and the staff is great. Maintenance staff is great and work hard at keeping up the whole complex looking and running. The complex is quiet and peaceful. The play ground is nicely kept up and children seem to enjoy it. Lots of space! Apartments are spacious and modern. I love how close it is to the Paycom office. The fishing lake is a huge bonus too. I don't fish but it is really nice to hang out around and look at. They also have two pools rather than just one so I never see too many people at the pool at once... I also like that your rent can get reported to the credit bureaus to boost my credit score. Overall a great place in my opinion. :)

I do appreciate... (Verified Renter) I do appreciate the privacy of the townhome and the convenience of the attached garage. The maintenance team and valet trash service is a big positive as well. The pool and the lake are very aesthetically pleasing. Would recommend touring the facility beforehand.
