terrible management Community Manager is rude, unhelpful, and unqualified. Good luck getting a response from her, and even if you get one, it probably would have nothing to do with what you had asked. To be fair, staff at the desk is usually helpful and maintenance does their job rather well but all their work is pretty much undermined by Chanelle, the Manager. Horrible This place is horrible. Management is unbelievable to deal with both on a local and corporate level. It's impossible to get a hold of anyone in the office because they are always busy and under staffed. It took me over a month and probably ten calls/follow up emails to get a response from Heather once. Make sure to make your own copy of your move in check list because they will loose it and then charge you ridiculous amounts for items you marked on your list.
