Verified Renter If you going to work at UTSW, there is no apartment better than Southwestern. it is 3 min walk from UTSW, is close enough to uptown/downtown, have a lot of restaurants/shops nearby! The whole sense of community at Southwestern will make you feel at home. Plus you get a gym, a swimming pool and a grilling area to stay fit and have fun! Finally, the leasing staff is really helpful with all your questions and will make the stay very easy and pleasant.

The complex is never dirty or nasty everyone knows everyone and are very friendly. The office staff i wouldnt trade the for anything they are the best of the best.
