Wonderful Community/New Building/Solid walls the whole complex is very pleasant. If you work from home and need a meeting space there are plenty of nice gardens or clubhouse spots to set up shop. The pool is lively in the summer and people are constantly cooking out on the grills. My utilities stay low and the amenities are superb.
The Southwestern We have lived here for a little over a year and a half. It is a great apartment and the features are wonderful there are some shady characters living here. I speak to management when I have an issue and things seem to get resolved rather quickly. All in all a really nice community. There are only two buildings in the complex, so it isn't over loaded with people.
Historical Living! I love the historical aspect of the building as well as how convenient it is to everything I need. Being a nursing school student in Dallas, it's nice to have a place to call home! Close to the medical district and the nightlife of Dallas, its perfect!
Great anenities We have lived here for close to 15 months, and if my roommate was not moving on, I believe we would stay another 15. Our apt has a great view of downtown and the resort style pool. The grounds are always kept looking nice and we have the most state of the art gym you will ever find! The staff is always great to work with and the location is centrally located. Southwestern apartments Southwestern apartments are a good place to live, it is close to uptown but far enough from the hussle and buzzle
Wonderful staff The staff here is great. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are nice, but the staff is what sets this property apart. They are extremely helpful and have saved me in several jams. They are very personable and a joy to work with.
Burgery for the second time All four tires were stolen last night. The thief broke in and stole five digits dollars stuff last year. The office lady just said "This is Dallas". Nothing were improved about more cameras and security measures. Nightmare.
They asked me to send my dog back to the pound! We were receiving several noise complaints from our downstairs neighbor when we adopted a new dog. We began to monitor our dog, but the complaints kept coming. The southwestern, which is dog friendly, began to threaten us with a $100 fine every time we had a noise complaint. We were practically getting complaints every day, even days that our dog was not at the apt. but the management refused to investigate any other unit but ours. Lived here for a year and finally moved I don’t understand why is this property so over priced. The apartments are small , management is terrible, the property isn’t very clean and the residents are so rude and antisocial. You can do so much better with your money if you do a little research.
