BEST apartment experience!!! This review is LONG overdue. I lived at The Southwestern for over a year. While I lived there, common areas were upgraded including: -the lighting in the hallways & parking garage -the walls in the hallways were repainted -2 bbq grills were added -chaises in the pool were replaced I know that the grills and the pool were cleaned once (if not twice) a week during the spring/summer time. Well kept grounds, friendly & helpful staff. I lived at The Southwestern for two years and moved in JUST after my building's construction was complete in September 2013. I loved living here for so many reasons, the amenities, atmosphere, skyline views. My only complaint is that the dog park (which was one of my top 3 reasons for moving here) is unusable for the majority of the year due to flooding. Wonderful Community/New Building/Solid walls the whole complex is very pleasant. If you work from home and need a meeting space there are plenty of nice gardens or clubhouse spots to set up shop. The pool is lively in the summer and people are constantly cooking out on the grills. My utilities stay low and the amenities are superb.
The Southwestern We have lived here for a little over a year and a half. It is a great apartment and the features are wonderful there are some shady characters living here. I speak to management when I have an issue and things seem to get resolved rather quickly. All in all a really nice community. There are only two buildings in the complex, so it isn't over loaded with people.
Historical Living! I love the historical aspect of the building as well as how convenient it is to everything I need. Being a nursing school student in Dallas, it's nice to have a place to call home! Close to the medical district and the nightlife of Dallas, its perfect!
Great anenities We have lived here for close to 15 months, and if my roommate was not moving on, I believe we would stay another 15. Our apt has a great view of downtown and the resort style pool. The grounds are always kept looking nice and we have the most state of the art gym you will ever find! The staff is always great to work with and the location is centrally located. Southwestern apartments Southwestern apartments are a good place to live, it is close to uptown but far enough from the hussle and buzzle
Wonderful staff The staff here is great. The apartments are beautiful and the amenities are nice, but the staff is what sets this property apart. They are extremely helpful and have saved me in several jams. They are very personable and a joy to work with.
Burgery for the second time All four tires were stolen last night. The thief broke in and stole five digits dollars stuff last year. The office lady just said "This is Dallas". Nothing were improved about more cameras and security measures. Nightmare.
