All Around Great Property The apartments look good inside and out. The staff has been perfect from move in. Porsha is always helpful and kind, even when dealing with multiple residents at a time. Maintenance is quick. Great gym and everything that you would need is near by. Looking forward to renewing.

The southwestern apartment staff Love living here! So convenient! Throughout my leasing process I spoke with the three agents working there and they were all in tune with one another. Porsha was and has been so helpful and kind from point of interest to now months into my lease!

Maintenance is amazing! I've loved at the Southwestern for over a year and a half and maintenance as always impressed me. After living in many bad apartments service requests are responded to within the same day or at most 24 hrs. I put in mine this morning at 9am and my lights and tub was fixed at 2pm.

Great staff and great service! I have lived here a little over a year now and I have really enjoyed my experience here! The maintenance staff is quick to respond and the office staff is super helpful. They really go above and beyond to make sure your needs are met. The location is so close to uptown/downtown, beautiful views, and the grounds are really well kept. Really great amenities, cute and quiet place to live :)
KICKASS Been here for about 11 Months and I must say its been a pleasure living here. The amenities are sweet! The grills are always available. The gym was nice a little small but for the most its great for a home gym. The lounge was always cool when I had friends over we would play pool. The pool was always clean. The staff (John and Josh) were always helpful. I had problems at my old place so I had to move urgently and Josh made it possible for me to move in the same day!
