Poor atmosphere, limited food on the menu with a few items not available which was disappointing. Different members of staff checked on us so many times we couldn’t even hold a conversation.
Having eaten here on previous occasions we were extremely disappointed yesterday. Very noisy, piercing screams from table next to us. Had to get waiters attention to order drinks. All four courses were below average. My husbands steak wasn’t cooked as requested and very tough, my fish was cremated. Chips the same. Could only taste the burnt bits. Other two meals were equally as disappointing. Can’t recommend on yesterday’s offerings.
The chose of drinks was good but the service was poor. We had a 2 hour slot booked and only got served twice, after arriving and seated we didn't get served for atleat 15-20mins then after our 2nd order was taken we had to reorder because our order was forgotten about. If the service was better we would enjoyed our time alot better.

The cocktails were nice but not good value for money very small amount of alcohol all ice not much liquid
Manager shouting at staff. Too loud. Live music was too loud. Strange atmosphere. Can’t make a strawberry daiquiri. Over all weird and wont return

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your visit with us and apologise for the loud music. A live acoustic night was organised last minute due to a sound system failure to ensure some music for our guests. The nature of live music means that is louder based on proximity and it is regrettable that you did not take us up on the offer to move your table. If you were to return I would hope that you would have a better experience but I understand the venue may not be for you.
