The chose of drinks was good but the service was poor. We had a 2 hour slot booked and only got served twice, after arriving and seated we didn't get served for atleat 15-20mins then after our 2nd order was taken we had to reorder because our order was forgotten about. If the service was better we would enjoyed our time alot better.

The cocktails were nice but not good value for money very small amount of alcohol all ice not much liquid
Really good food and cocktails, lovely staff with great service. Did get a £15 service charge with the bill however it was around £160.
Got the disco ball and there was legit no alcohol in there! Me and my friends all shared it and agreed there was definitely not Prosecco in it. The service was ok but I cannot believe there is a 10% service charge, I get tipping as I am a waiter myself but it wasn’t worth 10% tip of service, and if it was we should be able to choose that. Otherwise the place was pretty and the people were nice, we didn’t have food so can’t comment on that. Hi Walls, Our disco ball is an experience with the presentation being a large part of the drink from the sparklers to the attractive vessel. I can assure you that it contains alcohol, including prosecco, equivalent to more than half a bottle of a spirit. Due to its size it does also contain a lot of fruit juice. As a waiter I hope you would understand the difficult time we are in and the pressures on the staff. The completely discretionary service charge is a way for us to reward their efforts.
Manager shouting at staff. Too loud. Live music was too loud. Strange atmosphere. Can’t make a strawberry daiquiri. Over all weird and wont return

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your visit with us and apologise for the loud music. A live acoustic night was organised last minute due to a sound system failure to ensure some music for our guests. The nature of live music means that is louder based on proximity and it is regrettable that you did not take us up on the offer to move your table. If you were to return I would hope that you would have a better experience but I understand the venue may not be for you.

Really friendly, fast service. Drinks were great but food let it down. The starters were great but the macaroni and superfood salad were disappointing. Hopefully this is just as the place has only recently reopened and things will pick up soon. Would definitely try again in a few months.
