Lovely place nice menu but food and service was poor. 45 min wait for two burgers and the plant based burger was over cooked dry and the bun burnt. Large staff group came in 20 mins after us and seemed to get the attention.

Not a great experience , booked a table here for my family as i seen they had a childs menu so thought would be suitable for children also, staff was not very accomodating and after waiting 1 & 1/2 hours for our main meal to arrive we gave up and left. Paying over £110 pounds for 4 small starters and some drinks and made to feel like a burden wasnt what i had planned for the evening. Although what little food we did have was somewhat decent i wouldnt be rushing back or recommending anyone to.

Food and drinks were good. Went at 6pm and as soon as we ordered food the music was turned up extremely loud. Probably would have left if we hadn't ordered our meal. Everything else was great. Would've preferred it to be just a bit quieter or for diners to be sat at the front section which was a lot quieter as we were sat by the bar so it was very busy and lots and not the best spot to enjoy dinner after work.

Arrived for our booked table and no table available. Waited 25 minutes at bar in which time no order was taken. Drinks, despite ordered in advance as requested, did not arrive until after we’d eaten the course they were ordered for. Kitchen either needs to slow down or preferably bar needs to speed up. Food was very disappointing - those waffles aren’t waffles!! Cocktails when they finally arrived were great. And to top it all of, we were overcharged - check your bills! Staff were all lovely though.

Service was very slow and we had to specifically ask for our next round of drinks even though we pre-ordered all the cocktails for the boozy brunch at the start. We had nearly finished our food before the first drink arrived as it took so long. The food was ok but very dry, waffles could use more syrup. Staff were nice but you could tell it was too busy for the amount of staff on.

This is more for the Management team.... We were in from 2pm yesterday till 4pm....unfortunately I only had 1 drink in almost 1 1/2 hours and then had only 1/2 hour to drink 2 cocktails. The young girl who was serving us was lovely and apologised profusely for the length of time it was taking and we were aware that the staff behind d the bar never stopped preparing drinks. Had brunch yesterday, the food was lovely and the cocktails delicious- when they finally came!! We were in at 1, told we had to leave at 3 and in that time we only got 1 Prosecco and one of the cocktails included with brunch, even though it was suppose to be 2, after asking multiple times if they were coming, we sat with our empty glasses for quite some time, with staff members coming to tables next to us, asking if everything was okay but seemed to have ignored us - they then questioned if we even ordered them after I went ... read more

Service very slow with drinks and got it mixed up. Limited menu, poached eggs had raw whites, churros very dry and chocolate overloaded with sugar.
