they've been making some pretty nice upgrades and are pet-friendly! the parking is an issue though, so be aware of that.

Well maintained apartment complex with friendly staff. The office has mini give aways to show how much they appreciate their residents. The gym is a bit small but has a lot of great equipment.

I recently just signed my lease at the Spoke and I was sold just after 1 tour! The workers there are very plesant and helpful. I’m going to live in a 2 bedroom and one bath; fully furnished! I would highly recommend leasing with the spoke.

Overall I am satisfied with the facilities. Upon moving in I noticed my apartment had numerous cracks and gaps along the walls and ceilings that needed to be fixed. I put in a request and those issues were all resolved promptly. I also had an issue with my smoke alarm but that was resolved promptly. The maintenance staff is great! I unfortunately don’t have a gate on my property and I directly face the street. I think there are basic apartment upgrades to the infrastructure that can be done.
