Joe was excellent to deal with. My Transmission went out 2000 miles from home. Brought the car to Transmission Super Shop, Joe did a great job on the car and getting me back on the road. I highly recommend his shop. 5 star all the way. He provides great value and top notch work.
I am a old car guy. I called The transmission Shop and talked to john who answered all my questions as to price and time. I drove over there the next day to check it out. The first thing I noticed was that the work area was clean, not covered in grease like some other shops. I told him that I did not want to get a call in the middle of the repair, telling me that something needed to be replaced, and it was not covered. Great job! We had the Transmission Shop replace the transmission in our GMC pickup a couple of years ago. This past week when the time came to replace the transmission in our van we knew this was the place to go. Good, fast service and a good price.
The Experience was "Perfect"! Jeff is both cool and methodical in his job here at the Garland, Texas Transmission Shop. I pulled up with a manual clutch that had to be pumped up to move into gears in a 2002 Chevy Camaro! at approx. 3pm. He provided me with an estimate, while Michael (shop owner) and I conversed pleasantly. After I agreed to the estimate to replace the clutch master cylinder @ 260.00, Michael offered to call around for the part so they could fix the car and i'd be on my way. Promptly diagnosed the problem and gave me an estimate. Completed the work in time frame given. Did not try to sell extra work. Very courteous.

Knowledge, expertise, class and wisdom is what I experience with the transmission shop. Not only was Jeff a really good guy and very knowledgeable on what he does but he was very patient with me and very very extremely helpful. The best in all DFW by far no comparison. outstanding job Jeff, god bless you guys
