I had a tiny bit of a problem a couple days after i picked up my truck but it was just that the fluid was about 1/4 qt low. I guess that it settled into all the nooks and crannies/ anyway, the shifting seems fine and I have no complaints. Phillip was extremely nice. I was a single female alone from out of town. My transmission went out 30 miles outside of Dallas. He spoke with my mechanic back in Atlanta to make me feel comfortable. Great job guys!! If I lived there I would recommend you every day of the week.
Had a clutch replaced on a 2000 Saturn. The condition of the drive train was such that additional parts and labor were required. They explained the problem in detail and offered alternatives before proceeding with the repair. I am very pleased with the service I received and will definitely recommend this shop to others.

2001 VW Jetta VR6 Manual 5 Speed Transmission. 1 owner with 93,000 miles. Initial Problem: The car was having trouble going into 1st gear and it smelled like burned rubber once I got it home. The next morning the car would only go into neutral or 2nd gear. Solution: I called The Transmission Shop and they were very knowledgeable on the phone, so I had it towed to their shop.
