March 25th, 2022 is when my 2013 Ford Escape 2WD Titanium went into this shop for service and repair for the second time because it was not repaired correctly the first time. Also it was under warranty but whatever the findings that were reported the transmission would not be covered under the extended warranty that was purchased. These people had my truck Three weeks, one week at a time on three different occasions. They charged me $2400 for a "rebuild". They never solved the presenting problem, my transmission is worse today than when I took it to them, and twice they left parts disconnected when they gave it back to me. A competence score of ) and a customer service score of 1. AVOID THIS SHOP!
Went very Smooth and it didn't take long.
I went in for a transmission service. When they pulled the pan off they found metal shavings. They advised me that I was probably better off to put my old transmission fluid back in and leave it alone until it needed repairs rather than change the transmission oil which would expedite the problem. They didn't charge anything and came across as very honest.
