I needed immediate help when my transmission stopped shifting gears. I took a chance by towing my car to The Transmission shop. I generally don't trust car repair shops, but I trusted that they would help me. THEY REALLY HELPED ME! The transmission shop is so awesome. The staff was helpful patient and very informative. They came up with several payment options to help us with the cost of repairs and also touched basis with us at least 5 times a week on the status of our repairs. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends.

This was my first visit to the Garland location and I have to say I was very impressed. The staff was very nice and helpful. They really do care about their customers. Even when they are really busy and the office is full of people, they take the time to explain whats wrong with your vehicle. They make it easy for you to understand. They did a great job on my vehicle. They come highly recommended and they have a customer for life. Thank you guys!!

Excellent service and "THE SECOND TIME THAT WE HAVENT BEEN SCREWED BY A TRANSMISSION SHOP!" Thanks MIKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great experience. I would highly recommend to friends and family. staff was both professional and knowledgeable. Had transmission rebuilt and you cant beat the guarantee with all work

Should've taken my car here first... could've saved me 2k and a month of labor! The other transmission shop I took it to told me that they needed to take apart my tranny to "diagnose" the issue - which would've costed me 400 bucks alone for labor. The other 3 shops missed the other 3 mounts. Well anyways, glad you guys got it right! Keep up the good work! -Alfred
