Order # CG101068. VC provided a very straightforward process for the new flooring in our basement bedroom. From the assessment to the flooring selection, they were transparent about their products and listened to our needs. We needed a small customization which they had no issues handling. The installation went smoothly. The installers arrived on time and performed as expected. We are very happy with the end result.

I have used Vertical Connections several times over the last couple of years - both to prepare my house for sale and then to put new carpets into my new house. Every experience has been professional and customer-oriented. But I need to give an especial shout out to for my last transaction.
