The workers did an excellent job of laying down the vinyl--despite some odd angles and small areas that they had to deal with. It took about a day and a half as had been projected and they were very thoughtful about leaving the area clean after the first day. We're very happy with the product and especially happy with the workmanship.
Ron and Tom were AWESOME! We are so happy with our floor. They guys took their time, left a clean workspace and were very kind and patient with our 100lb dog. We cannot wait to place our next order with Vert Conn, and we hope to get the SAME crew! Great guys!!!

Our installation team was excellent and pleased with the preparations we had already made, moved everything else skillfully, protecting our senior backs. They were perfectionists, cheerful, non-smoking. They even did a favor at the end by cutting remnants into specified sizes for a school classroom doll-house a teacher friend wanted to carpet! Vertical Connection's price was 2k higher than their competitor's price and they wouldn't honor their price matching that they stated on their website. Prior to visiting their location, I talked to Steve their salesman. He stated that they do price match and I should visit their Columbia location near Wegmans. Once I got there we found the same Stainmaster carpet as the other retailer. Steve calculated the price and the price was 2k higher than I was quoted at the other retailer.
