The Vertical Connection provided me with excellent service, communication, care, installation, and product. Nick was most helpful in every way. I choose FAWN OF FRIENDLY RECOLLECTIONS to be installed in several rooms of my condo. This carpet was a less expensive version of nylon. The 5 gentlemen who installed our carpet and LVF were terrific! Each person in the group was super polite, helpful, and never stopped working. Before they left for the day, they went over everything they had done, put every piece of furniture back, they even made the 3 beds, making sure everything was neat, tidy and perfect. They were amazing!!!
