The staff at Verticle Connection have been wonderful from the beginning to the end of our project. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my new carpet! The entire process was awesome. From a fantastic selection of options, to completely no-pressure sales and guaranteed best prices - ordering from The Vertical Connection was a no brainer. My install team was fantastic and expertly completed a nearly whole-house project in one day, while I was at work. My silly favorite thing is lying on the floor and enjoying the plush feel and the absolute absence of the 25+ years of smells and ick from kid/pets in the carpet that we replaced :)
The crew arrived right on time, was very professional and thorough and did a great job overall. They moved furniture very carefully, with nothing marred or otherwise damaged. They invited me to check everything thoroughly before asking me to sign off on the job. The carpet looks great and feels good underfoot. This was our first time using Vertical Connection, and we will definitely be repeat customers.
