Recently had hardwood floors installed from the Vertical Connection in Columbia, Maryland. My overall experience was above and beyond my expectations. I have used Vertical Connections several times over the last couple of years - both to prepare my house for sale and then to put new carpets into my new house. Vertical Connection as a whole was really a top notch experience. From selection and sales personnel to installation, everything and everyone was absolutely amazing!
We contracted The Vertical Connection Carpet One Company to stretch our wrinkled carpet. The whole process was well organized: first, it was scheduled at convenient for us time; then the day before the repair, we got friendly reminder call from the company; on the day of the repair the crew came on time, giving us 30 min advanced notice. Repair team guys worked hard, did not make any damage and in a short time we got our carpet fixed and looking as new.
On time, completed in a day, professionally done.

Michael worked with us to find the right flooring within our budget and followed through on his promise to have it installed in a timely manner.
