Steve was the flooring expert that helped me select the flooring that would best complement my kitchen. I told him that I would like it installed as soon as possible and he made it happen. The installers were professional and efficient. The floors look beautiful. I would definitely recommend going there.

We are long term, satisfied customers of Vertical Connection. Our experience last month with Joan Hughes, VC interior designer, was wonderful. Joan met with us 3 times, in our home and at their office. She helped us choose a large kitchen window treatment, LR and FR area rugs, and a foyer stair runner. I was in search of a new area rug for my classroom and spoke to John Hinzman about purchasing one. He spoke to the owner and they graciously donated a rug. John helped me choose the perfect color and had it made to a custom size for my space. My students and I love having a comfortable space to sit and learn!

From start to finish, Vertical Flooring was fantastic to work with. Their project manager Larry was great at going over all the different options for two bathroom floors and a movie theater floor in our warehouse. He was friendly and understanding of all our needs.
