I have used Vertical Connections several times over the last couple of years - both to prepare my house for sale and then to put new carpets into my new house. We contracted The Vertical Connection Carpet One Company to stretch our wrinkled carpet. The whole process was well organized: first, it was scheduled at convenient for us time; then the day before the repair, we got friendly reminder call from the company; on the day of the repair the crew came on time, giving us 30 min advanced notice. Repair team guys worked hard, did not make any damage and in a short time we got our carpet fixed and looking as new.
On time, completed in a day, professionally done.
We had wood flooring installed recently in our master bedroom and we couldn't be happier with the result. Very professional, local store that offers great service and products. Michael worked with us to find the right flooring within our budget and followed through on his promise to have it installed in a timely manner. Vertical Connection carpeted our 2,600 sq. ft. home. Their price was highly competitive for a good quality product, and the staff, from sales through the office support were highly professional, prompt and responsive to any concerns we had. The installers were first-rate and a good reflection of the business.
