RecommendedThey are very kind and very helpful because when we told them we had to pay our rent half and half they let us. When we had a incident and had to change our door knob they had change the day I asked and they gave us two new keys.
Great place to live has the best staff here. Always able to help or offer a alternative. Also pool is one of the best amenities here.
I’m honestly kind of shocked by some of these reviews. Me and my fiancé have lived here for 4 months now and maintenance requests have always been completed in a timely manner, maintenance men are nice and always have called to check if they could enter our apartment, we haven’t had any issues with mold or leaks, our neighbors aren’t noisy, our lawn and the grounds near our building are kept mowed and cleaned up (some other buildings near have lots of garbage and messy dumpster areas).A couple minor complaints we have is tha... read more

I was there visiting a friends and like to see that they have a new playground and a dog park
Been on the property recently. Great updates. Driving through to see new updates and spoke to a maintenance guy that was very nice, informative and personable. Seems like a well maintained place to live!
5/5. I know someone living here and they really appreciate how prompt the maintenance team is to issues that arise in their apartment!
Ashley in office is awesome she does a great job in her job what an asset. Friendly, helpful and just a fun person to talk to very Knowledgeable. The owner how ever really need to get some things done in the buildings . My laundry room always floods every time someone does laundry. I don’t know how hard it is to get a bigger pvc pipe for draining is however this is crazy.
From my first interaction with Ashley in the front office it was clear that she put my needs front and center in finding me a new place to call home. Ashley was very efficient and took great strides to communicate with me in person and via phone when my unit was ready for move in. She addressed all of my questions and concerns. Her professionalism and courteous customer service made The Village on University an easy choice for my new home.
