Not bad! *Review by almost 4-yr tenant* The property is cheap, however be aware that they do add on a lot of additional fees to your monthly rent amount - they make you pay for their wi-if (you cannot opt out of it), you have to have renters insurance, you pay for snow removal, etc. I lived here through college, so it wasn’t a bad experience for me because I wasn’t in my apartment except to sleep. Very clean I toured the apartments looking for a 2 bdrm and I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the facility.
Nice apartment complex I was there visiting a friends and like to see that they have a new playground and a dog park
Maintenance men are amazing! Recently visited and was blown away with how well the maintenance man handled a situation quickly and professionally! Leak happened not only did they show up quick he was in and out with it fixed probably! This property is lucky to have a maintenance team like they do!
Well maintained This property is well maintained and quite clean.
The new owners are stepping up Since Fairlawn took over you can see the difference. They cleaned it up, added good lighting, and a dog park. Way to step up and add value to the property
