Amazing team They have done such amazing work, Brandon and the other maintenance team members as well as the office staff have been so dedicated to improving the property!

Very clean I toured the apartments looking for a 2 bdrm and I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the facility.
Nice apartment complex I was there visiting a friends and like to see that they have a new playground and a dog park
Maintenance men are amazing! Recently visited and was blown away with how well the maintenance man handled a situation quickly and professionally! Leak happened not only did they show up quick he was in and out with it fixed probably! This property is lucky to have a maintenance team like they do!
Well maintained This property is well maintained and quite clean.
The new owners are stepping up Since Fairlawn took over you can see the difference. They cleaned it up, added good lighting, and a dog park. Way to step up and add value to the property
Clean updated place to live I have some friends that live here and it seems like a great community to be a part of. It's clean and the new driveway is so nice! Its well lit at night and you will feel safe at night.
