Great place to live! The new owners are taking way better care of the place! The maintenance team does very good work and is very honest and trustworthy.

The absolute best place I’ve lived so far! The Village On University is literally the picture perfect place to live. Everyone in my building is friendly & so are the new office staff. They do an amazing job at running this place & making sure we’re well taken care of and I’m definitely proud to call this place my home.
Great Change I have been here through several property managers, best by far. They keep their word abandoned cars removed, snow removal done. Many renovations going on can’t wait to see this community when it’s done. Thank you

A place to make home. I currently live on this property and they have made giant steps on improving both the inside and outside in the small amount of time I've lived here. Every maintenance request I've made here at the Village Apts has been handled with diligence and genuine care from both the management team and maintenance department.
