I am not going to say why I wouldn’t recommend, just know it isn’t a place that cares about the people that live there. I am tired of not telling what really happened so here it is. In June I had a c-section and when I was released from the hospital, I went to the apartment and there was no running water. I searched all of the emails and nothing from them about turning off the water for anything. Luckily I had someone that was able to go and get fresh water. I was unable to flush the toilet which if you had a baby would unde... read more

I would NEVER IN MY LIFE RECOMMEND ANYBODY LIVE HERE! We lived here for four months. FOUR out of a 12 month term lease and broke our lease because of how terrible this complex is. We even tried to ask if we could just be transferred to a different floor and they flat out told us no, because we haven’t been here for a year. I wouldn’t even recommend anybody be here for a year. They don’t care about tenants and their issues or try to help them in any way. We’ve had water in our apartment twice, the first time was the first nig... read more

Worst apartment complex I've ever stayed at!!!!Constant leaks, mold issues at SEVERAL buildings, garbage everywhere, my mailbox is nearly impossible to get into, the laundry rooms are disgusting & trash is over flowing onto the floor. My ceiling in my bathroom caved in from water damage & it took them over a month to repair it. I was paying $670 a month but wasn't able to shower in my own apartment due to safety concerns because there were electrical wires and cords hanging out of my ceiling over the shower head. The leasing... read more

DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!!!!! They don't even deserve one star. I have no words to express the suffering I experienced while at the village on university. We have many photos to prove this. I have no idea where to begin..... 1. Park is full of dog poop, (no one picks it up), no pool or exercise room as advertised, the laundry facility doesn't work and takes 5-6 hours to dry. Waist of $. The maintenance was nice and kind, but never correctly fixed anything. We didn't have hot water for 5 months. It took them multiple tries to fix ... read more

To say the least, i feel like little 19 year old me could run this place better than management. To start off, the communication is terrible. I definitely do NOT recommend to young adults looking for a good first apartment. Your requests will go unheard and the office will treat you like you’re inconveniencing THEM, as if it’s not their job. And let’s not get started on the “maintenance”, who came to “work on my bathroom sink” (and leave brown chunks of IDK WHAT all in my bathtub and toilet paper everywhere on the floor oh a... read more

I had the WORST experience I’ve ever had being a paying customer/tenant somewhere. Your requests will be put on the back burner till it’s convenient for them or you forget about it. Maintenance orders will be cancelled or marked as “completed”. Keep in mind “completed” to them either means bandaged or not even half completed. Multiple times maintenance has caused more problems than they have fixed. The most recent being our heat going out on a Monday morning, maintenance coming to fix it that day, breaking my condensation pi... read more

We have lived here for not even two weeks and already have mold growing on one of the bedroom windows, a water leak coming from our washer and dryer, AND extremely loud upstairs neighbors who constantly stomp and scream all through the night. We have constantly tried to reach the office AND Fairlawn estate directly and they have not only dismissed our issues, but directly said to me that they have a “quiet hours” rule that after 10pm any noise complaint is to be dealt with the police and that PPD made that rule, the 2 previo... read more
