Great staff & Maintance crew . A lot of updates happening . Most importantly they are pet friendly & do not have restrictions on breeds

Just moved in and this place is so amazing. The staff is wonderful and super accessible. The apartments are amazing & affordbale ( especially for a just-out-of-college student budget )! Highly recommend if moving into the area and need a place.

Great choice! Moved here about 2 months ago with my girlfriend and our pets and we could not be happier. Great area, environment, and staff. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for an apartment in Peoria, Illinois.

A place to make home. I currently live on this property and they have made giant steps on improving both the inside and outside in the small amount of time I've lived here. Every maintenance request I've made here at the Village Apts has been handled with diligence and genuine care from both the management team and maintenance department. This is truly a great place with great people. Swimming pool, on site laundry facilities in every building ,dog park, great location ,24hr cameras for added security comfort and more. The absolute best place I’ve lived so far! The Village On University is literally the picture perfect place to live. Everyone in my building is friendly & so are the new office staff. They do an amazing job at running this place & making sure we’re well taken care of and I’m definitely proud to call this place my home.
