Great Change I have been here through several property managers, best by far. They keep their word abandoned cars removed, snow removal done. Many renovations going on can’t wait to see this community when it’s done. Thank you

The Renovations I’ve been here for two years and just in last few months The Village on University has made many updates to the property and I feel the value of the apartments have definitely went up. They are good at notifying tenants whenever they’re doing any remodeling around your apartment. Amazing work Thank You -GF

New management is making it great! We’re coming up on 1 year living here and I have to say that it’s gotta be one of the best deals on an apartment in Peoria. Rent is very affordable, the leasing office staff are very kind and reasonable, the maintenance team is generally very quick to respond to issues, and the new management is making a lot of exciting changes. They redid the whole parking lot, renovated the pool area, built a new dog park, and now they’re renovating the other leasing office into a gym! Needless to say, th... read more

Moved here about 2 months ago and could not be happier! So many amenities and in a good area! Would recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Peoria !
