worst run apartment complex in peoria! we have been loyal tenants for over a year and they are throwing us out because we knocked on the office door and asked why our maintenance requests were being marked as done when they weren’t attending to them. we are now responsible for all their ignorance. save your time and money as we will be taking this to court! not worth the headache of management and maintenance.

Worst place to live in the entire world. They don’t anwser phones. The maintenance doesn’t care. The office doesn’t anwser nor ever have anyone in office. My apartment has flooded completely 3 times and I’m losing everything but they don’t care they just let water sit and don’t fix the main problem. my apartment constantly has mold growing, they get rid of it but it comes back right away. Our maintenance team and vendors have been out every day to do water extraction and leave fans to make sure things are dry. Our vendor is figuring if drywall needs to be replaced. the apartment has paint on the floor, grease on cabinets and stove, rain is coming IN through the patio door, the problem is the gutters above and management says they're not ready to fix them so when it rains, I get a wet living room. Whoever cleaned the apartment should be fired. Kitchen vent is full of grease and dirt. No one should live in the conditions the apartment is in. Super old Roper stove. tldr: DONT MOVE IN HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!! the staff really don’t seem to care about making things right for people who are experiencing problems and maintenance men who just WALK INTO YOUR APARTMENT UNANNOUNCED. lots of run around answers, you have to hound them to get anything accomplished and it normally doesn’t happen, and all the issues seem to repeat themselves over and over. 0/10. do not recommend. This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. I moved in on July 15th, it hasn't even been 2 months, and I regret it ever since. Within 3 days, my dog became extremely infested with fleas. I have had to spend over $100 on flea bombs, medication for my dog, etc. I did NOT have fleas prior to moving in. I was told by management that a pest control came out and "searched" for fleas in the common areas. They clearly didn't search hard enough. The new owners are crooks and they are skyrocketing rent prices. They are upping our rent by $125/month not to mention adding additional fees for everything. They are doing this without any improvements to the property. You don't wanna live here!
