RecommendedJust moved in and this place is so amazing. The staff is wonderful and super accessible. The apartments are amazing & affordbale ( especially for a just-out-of-college student budget )! Highly recommend if moving into the area and need a place.

RecommendedWe have moved to this apartment for 3 months. We enjoiy living here. This is a quiet and safe place. All the furnitures are new and the rooms are very clean. The property managers are very nice. When we have questions or maintenance request , they response very soon.
RecommendedWe’re coming up on 1 year living here and I have to say that it’s gotta be one of the best deals on an apartment in Peoria. Rent is very affordable, the leasing office staff are very kind and reasonable, the maintenance team is generally very quick to respond to issues, and the new management is making a lot of exciting changes. RecommendedWonderful! Maintenance is always fast with getting you help when a request is submitted. The leasing office is always looking for new things to add to enhance living here such as new doors and sliding doors, the dog park and soon to be gym! They are also so kind whenever you have questions or concerns. Also pet friendly 🐱♥️ I can tell since The Village on University has taken over that the tenants (including me of course) are much happier! Everything is so much more efficient.

RecommendedThe property here is very convenient with it's in building laundryroom,24 hrs 7 days a week cameras for property and personal safety swimming pool ,dog park and more. The management team here is very friendly ,diligent and welcoming and have a great and friendly maintenance team.
