New management is making it great! We’re coming up on 1 year living here and I have to say that it’s gotta be one of the best deals on an apartment in Peoria. Rent is very affordable, the leasing office staff are very kind and reasonable, the maintenance team is generally very quick to respond to issues, and the new management is making a lot of exciting changes. The Renovations I’ve been here for two years and just in last few months The Village on University has made many updates to the property and I feel the value of the apartments have definitely went up. They are good at notifying tenants whenever they’re doing any remodeling around your apartment. Amazing work Thank You -GF
Safe,clean friendly place to call home Management & Staff 5 ?'S It has a pool, gym & dog park. Complex is clean,safe and quiet and has security cameras everywhere. It's located very close to shopping, restaurants & bike/ walking trails. Newly remodeled. Great place to call home!!!
