Great Change I have been here through several property managers, best by far. They keep their word abandoned cars removed, snow removal done. Many renovations going on can’t wait to see this community when it’s done. Thank you

The Renovations I’ve been here for two years and just in last few months The Village on University has made many updates to the property and I feel the value of the apartments have definitely went up. They are good at notifying tenants whenever they’re doing any remodeling around your apartment. Amazing work Thank You -GF

New management is making it great! We’re coming up on 1 year living here and I have to say that it’s gotta be one of the best deals on an apartment in Peoria. Rent is very affordable, the leasing office staff are very kind and reasonable, the maintenance team is generally very quick to respond to issues, and the new management is making a lot of exciting changes. Great place to live I love the quiet and safe neighborhood everyone is family the leasing office is very prompt and knowledgeable when it comes to answering questions and the maintenance team is very quick to get things fixed
Very nice apartment Our family moved into this apartment last November and it feels very good. The place is very quiet and clean. The staff are attentive. The bus station is close. The rent is not very expensive. If you want to rent an apartment, this is a good one. s Choice.
Best Property Managers/Owners we have dealt with in My fiancé and I have lived here for 3 years. We have went through several property managers/owners and fairlawn (current) have been the best so far. They did come in and raise the rent on our townhome which we obviously did not like, but when we put a maintenance request in, it is taken care of ASAP.
