RecommendedWe have been at Benning since 2010. We've had 3 different houses. All of which have been amazing! One downside is this horrible flat paint. Would be so much easier for tenants to keep up with if we could simply wipe off whatever suff, crayon, or the occasional meatball and spaghetti mess your child leaves on the wall. One other thing that would be great is all houses having a privacy fence. We live right next to custer road and anytime we are outside anyone can see what we're doing. RecommendedWe started out having issues with getting into a house. It was like no one really knew what to do with getting it done. I can say we love our house it's great. I had to wait a month to get a new microwave put it it did not work when.m we moved it but it was finally replaced. Over all the housing is nice.
RecommendedThe Villages of Benning is the place to be. Fast and friendly service and the neighbors are a plus.
RecommendedWe've been at Benning for a little over a year and so far haven't had any huge issues with the house or the Villages/maintenance. We love the location, the relatively quick response we get from maintenance, and the community center. We would recommend living in the Villages and would live here again if we PCS back.
