RecommendedNice communities great schools lots of things going around for the whole family to enjoy and don't forget FREE!!!! We absolutely love having a home not attached to another. Staff at the housing and maintainence office are friendly and helpful. Overall it's a great army community. We would like to see better play areas in the housing area and some swings!
I like my community of Upper Davis! I wish that we had our own community center! I like my house but I wish the walls weren't so cheap! Maintenance has been great! Lawn service sucks! I end up mowing my own yard because the lawn crew does such a crappy job!

RecommendedWe have been living here since mid April. Really like our house and the location. Maintenance is quick to come out and fix our problems. My daughter loves that we have playgrounds within site of our house and she can go play while we watch her from the front porch. Love the sense of community as well. Only small complaint i have is maintenance doesnt schedule when they will be coming. Have had them ringing our bell at 9am not knowing they were coming so I was not ready for them.
