The staff is wonderful and try just about everything they can to help but the policies are not good, have lived here for 18 months and my family is going through some hardship and wanted a different cheaper house that are offered. We are off lease and the policy states that to transfer 5 people have to move in the village your are trying to get. There are countless number of houses available and no one moving in but the company still denied the request to ignore this rule. This is the worst exp I’ve had in 11 years in the ar... read more

I shared this on our village page and wanted to make sure this was here too! We have all had SOOOO MANY ISSUES with housing and things here and there that needed to be fixed. The Villages of Benning manager Courtney called yesterday to explain how to properly put in work orders. When they are urgent. Especially if the after hours person didn’t pass the issues on. She was very kind and listened to me rant about my complaints and not at any point became rude. With that being said I’m not sure how many are aware of the new ... read more

because nobody let us know that have an house on post take 2/6 months we came from Italy with literally nothing and end up with me and my daughter flying back to Oregon to stay with my husband family and my husband in a tenth for the next 2/3 months until someone can provide an house. Thank you for have put us in this situation

I had previously left a positive review to enter a drawing for a free gift card, and at the time, it was not a false review because I had only had positive experiences over our last two years of living here. However, our move out experience changed my views completely. I've been on the waiting list for 40 days and have made it up the list by 10. Being that I'm now number 31 I should be in a house by what? August? This is how you treat soldiers? In a time when military housing is already under congressional review? Oh but I could always opt for a house under my pay grade right.

My husband applied for McGraw back in August when he was deployed and we were assured we would have a house by our move in date of December 1st. When we called in October we were assured we would have a house by December 1st. Last week we called to see where we were on the wait list and we were still 15. Even though we were 15, we were again assured that we would have a house by the middle of this week. Called again this morning and we were told it’s going to be another 2 weeks. When we moved into our home it was not move in ready. It was dirty, gouges out of the floor, the stove didn't work along with 2 of the three toilets in the home. It took them 3 days to fix the stove, almost three weeks to come out to fix the toilets. None of our work orders have been completed in a timely manner, right now we are waiting on a new dishwasher after they have been here twice to "fix" it even after telling them several times what was wrong with it and them not paying attention. Due to my husbands new unit he deployed quickly after getting here. We put all of our stuff in storage and have been on the wait list for McGraw since June. I was told I would definitely have a house by November 1 if not before and they would be in contact with me. Not once have I received an email or call from them.
