I had to... (Verified Renter) I had to actually physically go into the office to get any help for this issue that I’ve been having for months. People would come and say everything was fine when it clearly wasn’t. Did finally get the issue fixed.

No permanent parking... (Verified Renter) No permanent parking space available for your apartment. By 6 pm, the parking near building 4 is full. No extra parking when coming home late. The community is dark in the parking lot. Place more security lighting in the parking lot.
