Verified Renter The building engineer did an outstanding job in troubleshooting and repairing the problem I had. He spent almost an hour working in a very confined space. The maintenance staff here is first class and are on top of any concerns you have quickly.
Great Experience I've lived in the Wyndham in the past and I enjoyed my time there. Now I'm in the process of the rental application, tours etc, with a different set of consultants. As I've stated in the past and I'll say again, TLC is definitely the experience I've had with both Nathan and Troy. The absolute best communication and the best customer service experience. I truly appreciate you guys.

Verified Renter Had an issue with oven after moving in, maintenance came and resolved issue in a timely manner and took care of it and it was working perfectly the next day!

Verified Renter Great apartment units with amazing beautiful regal building lobby area. Prime location right next to Lake Michigan in Edgewater Beach. Move-in was a breeze and have been appreciative of Troy, the Assistant Property Manager, along with Danny and all Wyndham staff!! I highly recommend this building if you’re looking for your next apartment in Chicago!

Verified Renter You will not find a better value for price paid in the North side. Conveniently located with ample transit, generously sized apartments, and responsive maintenance/staff the Wyndham is a solid choice. The building's preserved a lot of its historical touches. Longer term leases are also great for the price-conscious. Overall I'd strongly recommend it.

Verified Renter Wyndham Apartments offers the best price to value in Edgewater. Generously sized apartments, responsive and friendly staff, nice neighbors. The Wyndham has the normal problems you'd expect from a 100 year old building (elevator issues, dryer issues), but they are easily outweighed by the benefits. I'd strongly recommend it.
