Verified Renter The location is superior. Supermarket, Lincoln Park, mass transit and a large variety of stores and services are within a short walk of the building. I have lived here over 19 years and all of the managers were readily available and hear any problems or concerns and resolve them. The building maintenance staff is outstanding and will make any repairs quickly. The fitness center is also excellant. All in all a great place to live.

Verified Renter Management is accessible and responsive and the location is perfect if you want to live in a walkable and transit-accessible neighborhood next to the lake. I also love my apartment's view and floor plan. It's a great place to live so long as you recognize that this is a big, old building with a lot of residents where things can break more frequently.

Verified Renter It's a nice place to live and convenient for Shopping, Transportation, Doctor Appointments and Church. And the building is well kept. The Management Office people are nice and courteous too. January will make 4 years that I've been here. I've met neighbors that's been here a lot longer.
