My experience with the staff of Mr. Thomas J. Henry was a pleasant one. The staff was excellent! They made sure that everything pertaining to my case was well taken care of, I knew I did not have to worry about anything. I was in excellent hands!
I felt like just another number walking through the door. A simple fender bender case took almost two years to settle, and the case itself was handed from one attorney to the next, to the next, to the next, etc. i wasn't treated with that "world class service." Much effort was needed just to talk with someone. I will admit, once a lawyer was finally assigned to the final steps of the case, he was very helpful; though, hard to get a hold of (as is anyone at that office).

My case was poorly handled to start with as I was shuffled among multiple lawyers within the firm and given conflicting advice and assistance. I never talked with the same lawyer twice through the first six months of my case. The reason the firm gets three stars, though, is because once I was finally given one lawyer to work on my case, he did a good job, stayed in touch, and did the best he could with the mess that was left.
I think Thomas J Henry is great law firm. That cares about their clients, I would recommend people to his law firm.
