Worst experience working with an attorney. Didn't get what was suppose to be settled. Lied to. Never got to talk with Thomas J Henry when asked to speak with him. My case was a laugh. God knows it was wrong. No wonder Mr. Jackson was booted out of the firm. Cause he was ripping people off with their settlement. Keep doing what your doing and you ain't gonna have anymore clients.

Did not do as promised, also, trust fund kept all the money, out of over $17,000, we only got less than $600. I advise people not to do mass law suits, not worth all the time I spent giving you information.
After 3yrs of my accident and numerous lawyers assign to my case. I am barley going to have my first deposition this coming August. My numerous attempts to actually speak with Mr. Henry have failed. I can't in good conscious rate this office any higher.
Our experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. We were told from the start our son's potential case would be better if we waited until he developed more. So we waited and then got a phone call in Feb. (1 1/2 yrs. later) from an attorney stating that "we need to move quickly because the statute of limitation was approaching in Aug.". Iwould really like a return phone call from Sharon. I have called twice with no return call. I am trying to find out the status of my case. I do not even know if my case was accepted. I was in an accident - a man ran a stop sign and I had to have surgery. C7 fracture and C5 & C6 were compressed. Please have someone contact me with the info requested. Thank you.
I signed with the Thomas J. Henry office and filled out all required and "extensive" information to be part of the "Loss of Value" suit against GM. I received ONE phone call asking how serious my injuries were and what they were. I tried to explain that I was not a part of the personal injury suit, but rather the loss of value suit.
