Difficult in getting a hold of lawyer on case. Not getting answers in a timely manner. There ability to keep one lawyer on multiple cases.
This was the first time that my wife or I had hired an attorney to represent either of us because of an auto accident. The entire process was very lengthy, and I suppose that we didn't realize the time it would take and the complexities that would be involved, and because of that there were times when my impatience and doubt would take over. without a doubt the worse handling of my case possible. 63 months from beginning to end and they left close to 1 million dollars on the table. I was ready to go to trail several times and nothing but one excuse after another. Was needing surgery on both shoulders and I hear we can arrange that and it never happened. I would rank a 0 I could. Allow me to preface this review by saying that I didn’t have the opportunity to work with this firm longer than a consult. But as they say- first impressions say everything that is needed to. His office claims to want to help as a “ top birth injury advocate” but then turns cases down when it is evident that there is a birth injury. They are a scam they take forever! Never answer and at the end I got the same money the insurance was offering me! But I waited over a year! I was the one that got hurt and he kept like 60 percent of the money doctor anothe 20 and I got another 20 percent I don’t recommend this firm at all!
