I dint have anything in my file and a good two months went by after I turned in my questionnaire for the GM Recall. I didn't hear anything I had to contact them. Literally few days later I receive UPS packet and states my case may be closed due to nothing in my file but they let two months go by no contact it took for me to reach out.
At some point everything went great,but honestly I wasn't seriously injured so I felt the Company put me on the back burner.
They suck! Didn't get nothing from them but harassment. Never went to court never got any problem solved. After I sent paperwork over and over and over. They said never recieved it.
I have a pending case since August of 2013, I have not heard anything from my attorney or any feedback. The insured did not have any insurance however the last I heard was that we were going to file my insurance company. I carry the uninsured/underinsured coverage. I never heard anything back. I am very dissatisfied with the service or should I say lack of service I received.
My daughter and I were in a car accident Feb 2013. It is now July 2015 and our cases remain unresolved. For the first 9 months or so, I received frequent phone calls from staff regarding our treatment and outcome, however since then I rarely hear from anyone. I have to call periodically to see what is going on. Our cases have been shuffled about from one staff member to another. Well let me see, we started out gung ho in this long drawn out process( in excess of three years). But numerous lawyers and numerous case managers have made it difficult at best. I have a trial date in August and have not heard from my attorney(Richard Honeycutt) in over 6 weeks, it is now July. My confidence is not what it once was.I believe l've been swept under the rug and forgotten about. I have trouble contacting my own attorney and there are no call backs after messages are left.
