They are a scam they take forever! Never answer and at the end I got the same money the insurance was offering me! But I waited over a year! I was the one that got hurt and he kept like 60 percent of the money doctor anothe 20 and I got another 20 percent I don’t recommend this firm at all!

I was not impressed. 3 months into the case I had to remind my attorney about the PIP claim. Now two and a half years later after being shuffled through multitudes of attorneys I got lucky and TJH had to withdraw. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!!!!
Not very happy with this law firm . I've been switched to what is now my third attorney with this firm. All three have not kept me up with what is going on. My accident was July 14 spent over to month going to a chiropractor just to get biofreeze placed on my back. Just received my injections today for all the injuries I recieved. Clueless on what's going on , don't get a phone call back, had to speak to one of the managers in order for my injections to be scheduled, which he was also wondering why they were still not schedu... read more
Don't recommend! Worst experience. Sneaky snakes.
After 1 year as a client, Mr. Henry himself, decided to just drop me as a client. Before dropping me though, he let me get into approx. $50,000.00 I'm medical bill debt without getting me any real treatment. When 1 of the doctors came up with a plan of treatment, he stopped sending to him and wanted me to go to another different doctor to incur even more medical bills that I am now responsible for. He is truly not worried about the client, only what $$$$ he may be able to squeeze out that client.
They never do get back with me it been over a year .so I'm a very disappointed right now and I don't think they tried to fight hard enough it's for us tried to get my compensation because I was involved in a accident. And it was due to the default of the GM I had a car from them
The attorney that was on my case did not do his best to get me a fair settlement.I asked over and over again to see Thomas J Henry. And always got excuses . I thought he was the best around and I was in a jam and got no help so I had to take a low offer to help my family.
Not much to say really, we've just been waiting and waiting to see if our case will amount to anything. If anything were still a little confused
