My case has been through 7 lawyers over 3 years. Many of the transitions happened without communication from the office or the lawyer. Often there is not return calls from the lawyers after leaving several messages. Or being told to expect a call and then the call never comes.

My experience was not a good one. My sons case was a very simple case to close with immediate response from the at faults insured. They made initial offers and assumed responsibity for the incident. My son was struck by a car in a cross walk walking to school. It took over 3 years for my sons case to get settled. I had to collect my own witness statements and no attorney could resolve the case just kept getting transferred to different hands. Not great We had Several different lawyers and were not told each time they changed Never got callbacks Didn't even get full settlement amounts Bills not lowered enough (when it was a Dr. through Thomas j) This was suppose to be the number 1 lawyer in CC...
