They were quick to take our information, but once we signed the initial paperwork getting answers wasn't easy. My husband didn't like the chiropractor they sent us to, their "therapy" only aggravated his injury. I don't feel they fought hard enough for us when it was clear the insurance company didn't want to cover his injuries. Thomas J. Henry, I was involved in a motorcycle accident on the night of August, 2012. While at a stop sign, I was struck from behind and thrown over my motorcycle approx. 6-7ft. I was hoping for more money...not trying to become rich BUT just for my suffering. I am now in fear of riding a bike because of the many bad drivers. I only received $4600 but would have been happy with $10,000 so no I wasn't happy.

Very dissatisfied, LACK of COMMUNICATION!!! I am on my 3rd attorney and I am never told that when it happens, if I want to know something about my case, I have to call because nobody contacts me, the attorneys never contact me to let me know what is going on with my case, I have a new attorney and it have left him numerous voicemails and he still hadn't contacted me!!! I should have taken my case to Wayne wright or the Edwards Law Firm, my case would have been resolved by now
Terrible. You will never have any of our business again. I will be a free advertisement against you guys for the rest of my life. Any time any one gets hurt the first words out of my mouth will be "whatever you do, don't go to Thomas J Henry". Luckily for me I'll see your advertisements, and hear them on the radio too, to remind me. Horrible.

I'm actually a little displeased with the outcome of my case as I feel we allowed the insurance company (State farm) of the woman who caused my injury's to dictate the amount of my settlement and as such I was subsequently robbed of the compensation I deserved. I have to live with these injures for the rest of my life and I do not feel that point was stressed to the other side at all. My attorney seemed to be unwilling to fight for me whatsoever.
Never again...took a whole year which no one informed me of for a small accident claim, I had to keep in contact with attorney every month or I wouldn't get a call. Also there was a new case manager every time I called and no one knew what was going on.
