They seem to sign everyone, then cherry pick the best cases and jettison the rest. They tell you to get medical treatment if injured, use their providers, follow all instructions, the medical will come out of their expenses, but when they cut you loose, you get the bill. Be very, very careful if you are not hit by an eighteen wheeler!!'
Thomas J. Henry and his associates strung my dad's medical malpractice case along for two years and then a couple of weeks before the statute of limitations, dropped him for no reason. They made him think they were working in the case every time he called and then out of the blue, with no time to secure new counsel, dropped his case. Such a disappointment!
such big time and thank god I got if this law firm before they screwed me. I do not recommend this firm but to take out the trash only. Your law firm is for the corrupt.
Terrible communication, dont respond to emails, "working on 'case'" for 5+ years with no outcome...
Taking forever on case. Bad communication. Seems like firm has way too much turnover. Seems like I talk to a new person who is handling my case everytime I call. Told me case would be done before certain period and case is still on going. One attorney told me they had all my paperwork from doctors office etc and then months later said they never had it and had yet to retrieve it. Overall all not a happy client.

I am currently with them right now and have had nothing but trouble with from losing paper work several times not answering emails or phone calls. I settled in December and barely signed my release papers in May getting the run around over a month later and still can't get my settlement check. Keep getting the run around and told lies.
