small case taking to long and does not call and update us on our case
I have been with TJH for approx 4 years. I have had at least 4 different lawyers. Of the four or more that have taken my case, at least two could not even remember my name at times. I feel that my case is not important to your firm. I have not always been consulted on the vents requarding my case as well. I feel if it was a multi million dollar case I would be given more attention
I have been constantly lied to by my attorney Ms Trevino and her staff I waited at Dr office 1hr waiting on fax that never got sent she kept lieING about getting my jeep fix this attorney client relationship with this attorney is not working for me with this lady as my attorney
You did not do enough for my son case and I felt after you received your money you just did whatevet
I had three different attorneys and never new why nor was informed of the process. My accident was in 2012. I had a concussion, broken foot and horrible back pain and an mri was never done on my back. I didn't know the process of retrieving my title on my vehicle or the fact that just because I was told my car was totaled, didn't mean, since I was able to drive it, that I needed to get rid of it because the price was too much to fix. Unfortunately, my experience was not what i expected. I had never had to use an attorney before and i made sure to ask many questions from the beginning. Within 16 months i had been through 4 different attorneys. Each time it felt as if i had to start my case all over again. At times, trying to get a hold of my attorney was impossible. Case took longer than was told. Attorneys or helpers mixed info, like the actual date of accident and even who was involved. Worst experience ever...and didnt even get a thank you basket like i was told...meanwhile the final attorney who worked on the case got promoted....unless attorneys will profit a large amount, you get no love.
Terrible communication. I spent 2 weeks trying to get ahold of my lawyer only to find out he was leaving the firm so clearly my case with only $60k on the line wasn't any sort of priority. For the next week after he had left the girls at the front desk kept trying to give me his voice mail. I asked every time if they knew he had left and they did.
