Could not get the help I needed for your firm when I really needed it was very disappointed
Very poor communications. Case had been passed around from attorney to attorney about 3-4 times over past 3 years. Only time I received update on case is when I called office... Usually after 3-6 months passed without hearing anything. Honestly I believed I would receive superior attention due to size and reputation of firm but sadly, it didn't happen. Case still not resolved after 3 years.

I had joined a class action suit against GM (2014 GM Vehicle Recall ) through Thomas J. Henry. I had to fill out a bit of information and scan/email paperwork also. I did receive return emails that confirmed the process and receipt of my emails. However, I never heard back on the lawsuit to this date. Its as if Thomas J. Henry was simply using me for beefing up his numbers in the law suit and had no intentions of actually helping me in this case. My experience hasnt been good. The reason why i say that is nobody lets you know what is going on or keep you updated. I tried more then once to get the information that they wanted but couldnt and a attorney said that they would get the information for me did that happen i don't know cause they dont keep you updated.
very disappointing - talking to a dozen different people and giving the same information each time! very much a waste of my time! and then there are many other issues, with the same problem/results!
