Pulled up and waited with your service staff staring at me in my face for like 15 minutes. Had to get out and take my keys to the staff. Tried my best to be patient and not be that customer. It's sad people just looked at me and didn't even acknowledge my presence. I tried to get someone's attention and they ignored me. I went to service desk . Was dealing with the sales rep Oscar. He communicated that the truck was available and I was first in line for any Tundra TRD PRO at that time, and that it would be ready in 80-90 days from then. we will never use thomasville Toyota again it has been the worst experience ever. my boyfriend put money down to hold a truck they have him 2 weeks to come up with the rest before the 2 weeks was up he brought them the 7,000 dollar down payment just to find out they sold the truck he already had insurance on so he had to wait for another to be delivered. after that he signs the papers pays another 100 dollars to get insurance on the new truck he drives off woth the truck n 2 weeks later they call n tell him that the bank is ... read more

Took my car to this service center for some issues my car was having. After waiting for a call about it all day for an issue we thought was only going to take a few hours to fix we tried calling and no one would pick up the phone so we drove up there where they told us my transmission was shot... this was a complete surprise to us as the car was still driving mostly fine and we didn't think for a second it would be an issue this big. The most unprofessional business ever. They run your credit more than you may know, which I feel as when the first few times if something isn’t right you call the customer and tell them. It’s their decision to go forward. After having my car for a month I begin getting calls about putting money down as well as an increase in car payments. Definitely men who don't honor their word! Will try to take advantage of women which dealerships are usually known for. I bought a vehicle... paperwork in hand. Ren calls the next day wanting more money for repairs they said it needed. Charging me for floor mats he's not even paying for! Ticked me off! This place is exactly what dad always warned us of!

Do not purchase a vehicle from this place. If something goes wrong with your vehicle they will jerk you around about it’s not covered under warranty when it plainly is covered.
