Bait and switch. We live out of town and my husband made an appointment to come and see a Tacoma that was advertised as being on-site. The saleman, Omar, even called he night before and told us the truck was still there and to come by in the morning for a test drive, etc. So wr drove up first thing in the morning with three young children and a sick wife. Perhaps one of the worst if not the worst car experience after the sale I've ever had. Purchased a van less than a year ago from the dealership and so far has had it back in to be looked at six times for issues that our purchased extended warranty for some reason will not cover. Windows after the first week stopped working, drivers side head rest won't attach then told it might have been wrecked (not told that at purchase.....shady) hose for radiator split not covered either but the other hose would have been...really, motor... read more

I will never, EVER set foot in Thomasville Toyota's doors ever again. We bought a truck from there 3 weeks ago. We walked out the door with our truck with the understanding that we were good to go. Wrong. Three weeks later we are told the bank won't accept my husbands umemployment as income and that they found another bank to approve us. Getting approved here without pristine credit is borderline impossible. I've known one person who has been approved at this place. It's sad.
