Sales reps bits off more than he can chew, if you're already busy with one customer that's okay but have somebody else ACTUALLY help me. I live in Tallahassee and I was told that I could test drive a vehicle for a night with my full coverage they had me sit down to get info , i sat there for almost an hour unhelped , just sitting there and then I was told I could not take a vehicle home and test drive it. Pretty average. As usual, even if you walk in planning on buying, you'll spend the whole day there.
Buyers beware. Worst buying experience ever. The manager, Dave, was rude, misleading and did not care about a family who purchases 2 to 3 new cars every few years. I guarantee he's pushing business out the door all day long. We drove over 30 miles based on a purchase price semi-negotiated over the phone. Following our test drive we were approached by another rep asking if we were buying the vehicle because if not, his buyer was going to buy it. How rude is that? Had a very bad experience. My intentions were to get a used SUV, but the salesperson Mike I dealt with kept trying to shove a brand new Corolla on me. After sitting down with us for over 2 hours and coming up with all different schemes to get us in a Corolla that I didn't want but then finally started to work on getting me in a Rav4. False advertising !!! Even when you pay cash for a car....they did not honor a free TV
You don't advertise big flat screen TVs and then don't honor your advertisements.
This place is a huge scam and very unprofessional I do not nor will I ever recommend anyone to this dealership. They do not hold true to their advertisements and rip people off.
A family member bought a brand new camary with CASH!!! When she asked about the tv (been advertising free with ANY new or used purchase) they told her she couldn't have the tv because she received to good of a deal. False advertising!!!! So somewhere else. Somewhere that doesn't lie to the elderly.
