I think there service dept. Needs serviced. I had tires rotated and oil change the rotated two tires and left oiley hands on the hood of my just washed Avalon. For 130.00 I expect better than that. Next time I might go to guick lube for the same service.the people at the service desk were ok.
I called the service department twice today about an extended warranty claim and twice I was told by a representative of the service department and by a manager of the service department that I might want to take my vehicle that I bought from this dealership elsewhere for the simple repair. I will not be doing anymore business with this dealership. Horrible customer service.
This was a second chance for them to regain my business and still failed. Way too aggressive and they assured me that no one could beat their prices. Well someone did. Be more courteous to your customers considering that's your income and don't be down their throats the entire time.
RecommendedBad overall experience! Just got a letter today stating that I owed $25 for a temporary tag for lack of insurance ! Never test drove the above mentioned vehicle a Black 2012 Nissan sentra, let alone purchase one! Also, my daughter left her purse there by accident and had 2 checks stolen out of her purse that was left in an employees drawer. We did have a stop payment put on the checks but someone did try to cash one ! Figures!!! Thomasville Toyota would Never Ever get my business!
I had a bad experience with them because I asked for a car fax and since it was late they kept rushing me and I did not get the car fax in which I would have known that I was buying a car that had been stolen at some point before I purchased it in February of this year. I haven't had the car six months and it has started giving problems. I was told that I had wrecked the car and to fix it would be my problem. I had awesome customer service when renting a vehicle for my trip to Illinois with grandkids BUT the one thing I specifically asked for - DVD player to entertain them on the 14 hour trip DID NOT work. Didn't realize it till Birmingham. I called them and all they said "sorry, bring it back and we can give you another one?!?" Drive 5 hours back, NOT! When I returned it, comment to me was "we don't send vehicles out that don't work - we will ck it out and call you." It has been 4 weeks no reply! Wish I would have went elsewhere... read more
