After speaking with Nic Eaton last night and Shedrick Wilson today, We took a Yukon Xl home to test drive over night and didn’t have it for a few hours and we get a call to bring car back because it has already been sold. Wow, looks like someone there isn’t doing their job. We will never go back to that car lot ever again. Our smile face 😊 went to 🤬🤬🤬. Make sure the car you want to test drive isn’t sold before driving off the lot!!!!
BEWARE!!! Especially women! I love my used car that I purchased but my experience did not go smoothly! After the deal was “done” I had to commute almost 2 hours round trip THREE times due to things not being complete. My third trip was a month later to pay a down payment. SURPRISE! A down payment that was not verbally agreed on nor in my price quotes but put in my contract. I instilled too much trust in these people. DO NOT use Thomasville Toyota for rental cars! They will keep your deposit and try to charge you extra fees. Very dishonest people there!
Don’t waste your time dealing with these folks. I have purchased 9 new cars over the years and nothing was like this. I purchased another vehicle a few weeks after this and everything was smooth. We already have the tag for that vehicle. Thomasville Toyota has not completed the paperwork.
Unprofessional and poor customer service
I will not tell anyone about Thomasville Toyota, because they take advantage of senior citizens, because we are senior citizens, they fold us a car that we where lied to about every thing on it,we had nothing but trouble with it,we have had it in there shop 3 times and they still won't fix it ,and it is under warranty, and we even bought the extended warranty, plus there shop dosen't do the work the way it should be done,we have had there 3 time and still nothing done,went up to day to have them work on it,a funny thing no o... read more
The individuals at this dealership seemed nice enough at the onset of my car-buying experience. However, as soon as the vehicle was sold, they were almost impossible to contact. My phone calls were ignored most of the time, and when they were answered, I was given misinformation time and time again. I finally had to get a manager involved, and Brian didn't seem apologetic for my inconvenience or concerned. I've had nothing but bad service here and I practically begged for the rental dept. to give me until 10 after 6 to pick up a rental that I needed for 2 days and they won't. That's not how we do things where I work! Crappy customer service! I'll continue to take my money elsewhere.
Not at all happy with the service department. What is the point of “scheduling” and providing a paying customer who’s is spending over $1,000 a “scheduled time” to bring in the vehicle and then you sit in the waiting area only to find out that they haven’t even started on it yet (almost 45 minutes later) Because we have nothing better to do on a Saturday than sit in a waiting room at a dealership.
