My brothers and I wanted to express our deepest appreciation for the professionalism and support of our mother Joanne Dean by Dustin Steele and Carla Spencer at Carrara in Plano, TX. Prior to Carrara, they both supported our mother at Briarview. Our mother passed late Wednesday, March 22nd. Three Oaks of Naperville, IL, cared for my dad Frank at the end of his life. Every person I encountered from Three Oaks was exceptionally kind, and went out of their way to be helpful and comforting. Joseph the social worker, and the nurses Kelly and Norma are the best of the best, and I took comfort in knowing that my dad was in good hands. They all went above and beyond the call of duty. Exceptional all around end of life care for our father. Claudia Oaxaca's clinical expertise is exemplary. Her experience and expertise allowed us to understand the process of dying and be prepared, and offer support.
